Steve Kapuscinski
Owner

Steve has led the transition at Allegra from a more traditional short run printer and mailer to being a provider of marketing services. Our strong core capabilities in graphic design, printing, and mailing have been further improved by recent additions such as signs, banners, apparel and promotional products – all of which support our goals of enhancing our clients’ businesses by the execution of targeted, relevant marketing campaigns.

Additionally, we are fortunate to have access to a Marketing Resource Center that leverages our capabilities to much higher plane.

Erin Weglarski
Production Manager

Erin has been helping Cincinnati area businesses to look and perform their best through print since 1995 and has been in the print industry for over 20 years. “I take great satisfaction in knowing my print advice has helped my client save time or money in their daily business.” Erin graduated with a B.S. in Graphic Design from Buffalo State College and her first job was ad design and sales with a weekly broadsheet newspaper in Western New York that had been in business for over 100 years. Erin is married with one daughter and loves walking with her dog and traveling to different cities following her husband’s goal of running a marathon in every state in the U.S.


Kate Andrews
Client Services

Kate joined the Allegra Staff in June of 2014 and focuses on client services. She enjoys helping customers receive their printing products quickly and, most importantly, with accuracy. As a former teacher, Kate brings her strengths of organization and communication to the Allegra staff. Kate is married with four boys. She is actively involved in athletics and her parish, St. Vincent Ferrer in Kenwood. In her spare time, Kate assigns volleyball officials for youth volleyball leagues in the city.


Christine Gates
Client Services

Christine joined the Allegra staff in 2015 and focuses on client services, helping customers receive their printing products quickly and, most importantly, with accuracy.


Andy Melchers
Marketing & Creative Services

Andy joined Allegra in 2000 and has an in-depth knowledge of our clients and their projects. He leads the Marketing and Creative departments with fresh concepts combined with proven business generation techniques. Andy is an Allegra Certified Marketing Specialist and is also Constant Contact Core Certified.

Andy spends his free time with his wife and two children. He is a Cub Scout Leader, coordinator and coach for the Track & Field program at St Catharine School, and is an avid homebrewer in a local homebrewing club. He loves to be outdoors… running, camping, brewing, tending the garden, listening to the Reds, and tinkering with house projects.

Tim Mazzone
Digital Specialist

Tim Mazzone has been with Allegra since 2006 as our Digital Specialist. Tim’s great knowledge of our digital printing equipment allows him to focus his attention to the smaller details. By ensuring critical elements on all print jobs—such as correct color and alignment—are set just right means that he produces some beautiful prints. Tim also serves as a right-hand-man in the mailing department with full knowledge of our mailing capabilities.

In his personal time he enjoys photography.


Joe Glasgow
Bindery Specialist

Joe joined the Allegra team in 2012 as Village Print & Web transitioned its accounts to Allegra. Joe brings experience in all areas of the shop, and manages the entire bindery division. He takes pride in working to provide a perfect finished product.


Christine Miller
Account Manager/Accounting

Christine joined Allegra in 2016 to manage administrative/accounting duties and help build client relationships.


In Memoriam — Pam Sibilia

Pam was a driving force in the success of Allegra for 13 years. Her dedication to customer service and making sure projects were done right was a hallmark of her personality. She was always poised and ready to deliver anything a client needed. Pam battled breast cancer for 18 months before her passing in February of 2013. Pam is, and will remain, a constant reminder of what Allegra strives to accomplish everyday.

Pam will be remembered always.
